Clergy Appreciation Night

To help offset the cost of the meal, councils are asked to help sponsor the seat reservation for their pastor, parochial vicars, and deacons (and spouses if applicable) as they register for seats and tables below. This rule also applies to any sponsored seminarian(s) or postulate(s). For those priests that are unsponsored or not affiliated with a council (i.e. diocesan priest), the clergy night committee will seek a council sponsor upon receiving an RSVP here.

Reservations are required to attend this event. Based on the information on this form, seats will be assigned to the council or to an individual. No will-call for seats. Tables have 10 seats.

REGISTRATION CLOSES DECEMBER 29, 2026 OR WHEN THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.

Seat placement is based on when your payment for the registration is received; “first-come, first served” basis.

Any council that does not pay for tickets within 14 days of of submitting their registration form (including the date postage is cancelled) will have their RESERVATION VOIDED and will need to re-register.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

No refunds will be issued, but a council may replace guests who are unable to attend or choose to donate seats back to the Chapter by emailing the Clergy Appreciation Night event committee at contact@clergynight.org.
